WELCOME EnviroResolutions, Inc. (ENVI) owns the worldwide exclusive rights to design, manufacture and market a patented “ENVI-clean™” Scrubber that provides a significant advancement in performance and cost-effectiveness for the treatment of industrial and commercial pollution. Local and national governments in developed countries are establishing more restrictive air quality standards to which industry must respond. International initiatives, such as the Kyoto Accord, are also demanding improved environmental performance by industry. The major obstacles confronting industry has been either the lack, or high cost, of technologies that will satisfactorily address new regulations. Public pressure for industry to reduce pollutants continues to increase.
The Company’s ENVI-clean™ Scrubber is designed to remove varying profiles of pollutants, and is scalable to service large and small pollutant streams. The first adaptation of EnviroResolutions’ technology targets the reduction of sulphur dioxide (SOX), nitrogen oxide (NOX) and particulate matter in hydrocarbon exhaust streams and provides a significant advancement in improved performance and cost effectiveness in meeting international air quality initiatives. ENVI will target specific segments of three major markets:
ENVI’s patented ENVI-clean™ Scrubber can be engineered to address many industrial and commercial air pollution environs. In some of the applications that EnviroResolutions is targeting there are few competitors, and potential users are eager to utilize an effective and affordable solution. The Company has received strong expressions of interest from key industry participants. The market potential for EnviroResolutions’ technology is vast and varied. The Company is initially targeting diesel exhaust emissions from stationary generators and compressors, large displacement non-road diesels and material handling equipment servicing port facilities. Diesel emission applications will be followed by ENVI-clean™ Scrubbers for coal-fired furnaces and treatment systems for the effluent from large scale animal farms. The estimated North American market potential of these targeted applications is in excess of three billion dollars.
