First ENVI-Clean™ Scrubber Sold to Katatheon Farms

EnviroResolutions, Inc. (ENVI .PK), a publicly traded company on the Pink Sheets, is pleased to announce the first sale of its ENVI Clean™ scrubbing technology to Katatheon Farms of Langley, BC. The ENVI clean™ scrubber sold to Katatheon Farms, a greenhouse industry leader in the Metro Vancouver region, will process the emissions of a 6 mega watt boiler system used to heat more than 30 acres of greenhouses operated by Katatheon. Completion of the sale is contingent on the Company providing third party confirmation that its particulate emission results meet the GVRD Agricultural Boiler Emission By-Law #1098, 2008 due to go into effect September 2010.
