EnviroResolutions Concludes its First Sale
EnviroResolutions, Inc. (ENVI) is pleased to announce that it has fulfilled the performance conditions contained in its contract with Katatheon Farms which enabled it to conclude the first sale of its ENVI Clean™ scrubbing technology. The conditional sales contract signed with Katatheon Farms in February required ENVI to provide third party confirmation that its Biomass scrubbing system would meet the new particulate emission standards contained in the GVRD Agricultural Boiler Emission By-Law #1098, 2008 effective September 2010.
“The conclusion of this sale marks a milestone in the Company’s history” stated ENVI’s president and CEO Ken McClelland. Further, he explained that “the sale confirms that ENVI’s engineering team has successfully developed a commercially viable scrubbing technology that will open global markets for emission’s reduction on biomass boiler heating systems.”
“Confirmation of the ENVI Clean™ scrubber’s performance has provided our salesmen with the hard numbers they need to move forward with other biomass boiler manufacturers and operators in the market for emissions technologies.” said ENVI’s Sales Director, Geoffrey Pershick. He added, “we are very excited to be able to move aggressively into the biomass emission reduction market with a technology that meets the price and performance criteria of the broadest range of boiler operators.”
The conclusion of the sale has moved ENVI into the production phase of its corporate development. The final design of the 6 MW scrubbing system has gone out to tender with local fabricators.
EnviroResolutions Inc. has the exclusive worldwide rights to several patented emission reduction technologies. The Company is currently focused on the commercialization of its scrubbing technologies for biomass and sulphur emission reduction applications.
