EnviroResolutions, Inc. Announces Appointment of Jim Blair to Chairman & CEO

(Rancho Santa Margarita, California) – November 2nd 2007 – EnviroResolutions, Inc. (“Enviro”) is a publicly traded company on the Pink Sheets with a trading symbol of ENVI. It is pleased to announce that it has appointed Jim Blair as its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director, and Mr. Ken McClelland as Secretary-Treasurer and Director of Enviro. Mr. Blair and Mr. McClelland are officers and directors of Ecogen Power Corporation (“Ecogen”) which executed a merger agreement with Enviro in September of 2007. As a result of the new appointments, current Chairman and President, Randall Lanham and board member Mike Tanner resigned from all positions with Enviro.

Mr. Lanham stated, “We are extremely pleased with the value this merger brings to our company and its shareholders.

Ecogen designs and produces environmental control systems and equipment for the North American market. This merger allows us to proceed with the manufacture of our patented bubble scrubber which removes sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, and particulate from the exhaust of diesel engines. Ecogen was incorporated in 2001 with a mission to become a global supplier of innovative pollution control systems and equipment.
